Our Cardio & Kickboxing classes are high intensity, sweat inducing and calorie burning workouts that will help you achieve the fitness level you are trying to reach. Expect to build lean muscle, burn fat and see results with this no-contact workout that mixes bag training, plyometrics and strength conditioning drills. Cardio & Kickboxing classes are designed for all skill and fitness levels. Unlike traditional and moderate paced aerobic classes, our program is forever dynamic, changing and moving.
